Our founder is Mayrland-bred, Central Oregon-residing homesteader with deep roots in food, community, and creativity. With a professional background in culinary arts, web design, SEO, photography, and graphic design, she knew she could create something both beautiful and useful—something that serves real people, not tech companies.
She’s an advocate for self-sufficiency and believes we should all know how to feed ourselves, care for our homes, and rely less on big corporations peddling toxic, chemical-laced products. From her own humble homestead in Prineville, she grows, cooks, and creates with intention—and now she’s using those same values to bring this local egg marketplace to life.

The inspiration for High Desert Eggs goes back a few generations.
